A-B-C Training by PMMI Certified Trainers

service training

The benefits of training for your packaging line personnel.

There are significant advantages of professional training for your line operators and mechanics who work on your packaging line.  Our individualized training programs are designed to give your employees the skills they need to make them well qualified to keep your line running at your expected performance standards.

Increase employee proficiency and confidence

Well-trained employees have a high degree of confidence in their abilities. Start-ups go smoothly when following proper procedures. Operation efficiency increases. Changeover is fast and trouble-free. The more your employees understand your machinery, the better equipped they are to be proactive in keeping your line running smoothly.

Ensure proper machine maintenance and operation

When maintenance is properly accomplished on a regular schedule, you can avoid unplanned downtime and potentially costly repairs. With training, your maintenance staff will be most efficient in completing routine tasks quickly and efficiently.

Keep employees invested in your success

When job training is an important part of the corporate culture, employees feel valued which is an important human element in a company's success. When employees understand their importance in the success of the company, there is a greater incentive to work towards better solutions, and identify weaknesses if they exist. Over many years of providing training for our customers, we have frequently heard how their employee training has improved the performance of their packaging lines.
