Hot melt case sealer for speeds to 25 cpm offers top production features

July 30, 2010, Tarpon Springs, FL— A-B-C is introducing an economical, compact, adhesive top case sealer with high performance features: a heavy gauge stainless steel frame for durability, continuous motion side belt case drive for reliable operation, contoured flap folders to ensure square cases, to the flexible roller compression section for secure sealing–this compact case sealer is a powerhouse that can satisfy the most rigorous production requirements. Other standard features on the Model 136HM sealer include high visibility, easy-access sliding guards enclose the sealer while allowing easy access and maintenance-free components for reduced downtime. Built for drop-in installation, this sealer is built to standard 15” line elevation, and has independently adjustable footpads for easy leveling on all floor surfaces.

Top flexibility is ensured with the simple, 30-second changeover that requires no tools to adjust to the full range of case sizes, from maximim 24”L x 16”W x 17” H to minimum 8”L x 6”H x 5.25”L. A tape sealing model is also available.
